Our Promise:
We only sell branded products with full manufacturer warranty and take utmost care in personalizing your items. Regardless, we want you to be satisfied with the purchase from iKARTit.com and will work with you to return or fix the purchased item, as appropriate.

Have you personalized anything at iKARTit.com which did not meet your expectations or purchased an item that does not fit your needs? Personalized products cannot be returned, but we will work with you to fix the issue or provide a refund only on the personalization charges. Products that are not personalized, can be returned to us within 7 calendar days of receipt of product. We will take it back as long as it is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by its invoice.

If you have opened the packaging and would like to service any product purchased at iKARTit.com, please visit the authorised service centre of the manufacturer. The invoice accompanying the product is your warranty document, so please preserve it.

Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. If you accept a package that is damaged or tampered with, our return policy does not hold.

How to process a return?

1. Contact our customer support for a return authorization number.
2. Mention the return authorization number on the invoice delivered with the product.
3. Pack the item along with the invoice securely and arrange to deliver it to us through a reputed courier agency. Please ensure that you have insured your item, because iKARTit.com will not be liable for any loss or damage in transit.
4. Personalized items will be fixed as per your request and shipped back to you within 5 working days.
5. If a refund is needed for personalization or product return, the refund will be made in the same mode in which the payment was made. For example, if the payment was made by net banking, the amount will be credited to your account. We will process your refund within ten working days, and credit the amount to your credit card or net-banking account as appropriate.
