We take utmost care in personalizing your items using state-of-the-art machines. Regardless, we want you to be satisfied with the purchase from iKARTit.com and will work with you to fix the personalization or provide a refund on personalization charges, as appropriate.

Exactness not guaranteed:
You agree and acknowledge that iKARTit.com personalization service is a value-added service that maintains the Vendors original warranty and will to it’s best effort match the personalization through engraving or other means as displayed on the site, but that iKARTit.com will not be held responsible for minor differences between the personalization image on the site and the actual personalized product due to differences in material and external factors. iKARTit.com hereby disclaims any guarantees of exactness as to the finish and appearance of the final personalized Product as ordered by the user.

That said, we want you to be satisfied with your personalized order:
If you have personalized anything at iKARTit.com which did not meet your expectations, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt of order. Even though personalized products cannot be returned, we will work with you to fix the issue or provide a refund only on the personalization charges.

How to process a return?

1. Contact our customer support for a return authorization number.
2. Mention the return authorization number on the invoice delivered with the product.
3. Pack the item along with the invoice securely and arrange to deliver it to us through a reputed courier agency. Please ensure that you have insured your item, because iKARTit.com will not be liable for any loss or damage in transit.
4. Personalized items will be fixed as per your request and shipped back to you within 5 working days.
5. If a refund is needed for personalization or product return, the refund will be made in the same mode in which the payment was made. For example, if the payment was made by net banking, the amount will be credited to your account. We will process your refund within ten working days, and credit the amount to your credit card or net-banking account as appropriate.
