How can I be sure about the quality of the products?
We only sell branded products with full manufacturer warranty. All personalized products are also covered under the same manufacturer warranty. So you can shop with the comfort of knowing that we offer only high quality products on our website - simply click  to add items to the shopping kart. To service any product purchased at iKARTit.com, please visit the authorised service centre of the manufacturer. The invoice accompanying the product is your warranty document, so please preserve it.

Is the offer price inclusive of VAT and other taxes?
We offer prices that are inclusive of all taxes. What you see is what you pay.
Note that Octroi is an entry tax that is not levied in certain cities and in certain situations. You may be asked by the courier delivery person to pay a nominal octroi tax.



What if I change my mind or am not 100% satisfied with the personalization?

We want you to be satisfied with the purchase from iKARTit.com and will work with you to return the purchased item or fix any personalization issues within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Click here for our return policy for all products and here for specific terms about personalized products.


How secure is my information with you?

We never sell or rent your personal information to any third party and will ensure highest levels of security while handling your financial and other information. We use industry leading 256 bit SSL encryption on our website which assures that information is kept private between our web server and your web browsers. What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on most of the products. All other items will be charged nominal shipping charges based on the weight of the product (along with it's packaging). Free shipping can be availed on the remaining items by simply combining the order with any another free shipping item. Click here for the list of locations where we deliver in India.


How long will it take for me to receive my order?
The time required for you to receive your order once placed will depend on the following things:
1.  Order processing time: This is the time needed by us to prepare your order for delivery. Orders are processed within 2 business days for non-personalized orders and 3-4 business days for personalized orders
2.  Transit time: This is the time needed by the courier agency to deliver the product to your doorstep. Transit times vary depending on your exact location, but here is a reference guide - Metros: Within 2 business days, Tier II & III cities: Within 3 business days, Remote Locations: 4-7 business days. What are the different Payment Methods available?
Credit and Debit Card Cards (Visa or Mastercard, Diner's, Citibank e-cards), NetBanking (Yes Bank,
IndusInd Bank, Allahabad Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, Karnataka Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce, South Indian Bank). Other payment options are coming soon - Citibank, HDFC Bank, IDBI Bank, ABN-Amro, Axis Bank, Bank of Baroda, Kotak, Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, Union Bank of India and Cash Cards (ITZ and Done Cards)


Do I need to register to make a purchase?

No, you do not need to register on the site to make a purchase. During checkout, we will ask you for your minimum contact information (email address, shipping address, and phone number) necessary to execute the order. But if you do register, you will be eligible to receive our weekly newsletters with special offers and access sections of the site reserved only for registered users (referral program, product reviews, etc.).


What should I do if the product I ordered has reached me in a damaged/defective condition?
We take utmost care to ensure that the items delivered to you are in a perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility of the item being damaged during transit. In such cases, we will replace the item to you at No Extra Cost provided the request for replacement/return of item is made within 7 days of receiving the same.



What if I am not ready to buy the product and would like to come back to the site for purchasing later?
On a particular product's description page, simply click to add the item to the wishlist. Note that this item will be automatically removed from the wishlist if you delete your browser's cookies.


I am unsure of the specific product I need to buy. How do I compare different products on the site?
Check the box against "Compare Product" for any number of products that you would like to compare and then click on . Note that you can keep building your comparison list as you browse throughout the site. Once you are ready to view the comparison, click on in the "Comparison List" section on the right.


How do I remove items from the wishlist, comparison list, or shopping kart?
Click on the button against the specific items in the corresponding section in the right frame. Items can also be deleted directly from the wishlist and shopping kart pages.


I like your website and would like to refer friends to the site. How do I do that?
Thanks for the compliment! Please login using your registered user ID and use the "Tell A Friend" link on the topmost section (above the search bar) or go to "My Account" --> Referral Program. We have made it easy for you to securely import your contacts from Gmail, Yahoo, MSN, Outlook, and AOL accounts. Simply click on to import your friends IDs from your account. Note that we do not store this information nor do we use it for any purposes other than sending the referral email. You can also type in the email IDs directly in the text box, if you prefer.
Coming soon! You will get points for each referral that signs up or makes a purchase on our site. These points can be used to avail discounts on our site. All your referrals made even prior to the start of the points system will be counted. So keep track of all your referrals under "Referral Status".


How do I track the status of my order?
Please login using your registered user ID and access the order information from My Account --> Order Status.



What if I have forgotten my password?
Under
login, click on "Forgot Password" and provide the email address that you have registered on the site. A new  password will be automatically generated and emailed to the email address on account. Please change this new password once you login to the site again.


How do I change my password?
Please login using your registered user ID and chage your password from My Account --> Change Password.



How do I store multiple addresses in my account information?
Please login using your registered user ID and go My Account --> Personal Details. Then click on "Add more addresses" to add a different address and give it a nickname (example: Office, Parent's place, etc.). While making a purchase, you will be able to select from any of the saved addresses under your account.
